Sealcoating is a process that protects the landowners investment.  Asphalt is a pourous material that will absorb moister.  This moister will freeze and cause cracking.  The pupose of sealcoating is not only to protect the investment but also to keep the aesthetics’ of the property at a high value. WEP Asphalt uses the highest quality coal tar available to the industry today. We use Star Seal®.
